Peace with Small Things
Today is Saturday.
Most members of the workforce may be having their rest day today. Some, just like me prefer to stay indoors and just relax or in this case write. While others take to more adventurous or active endeavors like going shopping, swimming in some resort, mountain climbing or that sort of stuff. There is a whole lot of difference to simply existing and living life.
We are created to accomplish great things but let us not overlook the worthwhile endeavors we are still able to do at home. Take your time and have that well-deserved movie night or lounge in your favorite sofa with your well loved book in hand. Always remember that there are still small things in life that makes one smile and appreciate quiet and peaceful days at home.
Thank you for the peaceful days, Lord. It helps me recognize your blessings even in the simplest of endeavors.
